Job Context:
Primary responsibility is to support the development, analysis, co-ordination and implementation of operational policies, programs and create necessary awareness across the organization to support the Mobily’s Information Security plan and objectives, Support the Penetration Testing and comply with Assurance needs. Intranet Update for Interdepartmental SharePoint Access.
Job responsibilities:
§ Information security Awareness Management, Campaign Planning and Design.
§ Implementation and Management of Information Security awareness campaigns.
§ Implementation and Management of Information Security Enterprise Learning Management System.
§ Policies Management in Information security policies, procedures and standards planning, development and maintenance
§ Information Security implementation in Project management of section(s)/Department related projects.
§ Weekly/Monthly Report Presentation to management for Performance Review
§ Liaising with other section(s)/ Department(s) to analyze Minimum Baseline Security Standard(s).
§ Information security communication channels management. i.e. Intranet Website Management, Security reminders and periodic announcement(s) communication.
§ Coordination with other Enterprise function(s) in information security requirement analysis to ensure harmonization of initiatives and activities.
